Free data analysis softwares

SOAS and QSoas are the in-house, open-source softwares that we develop and use to analyse electrochemical data and other one-dimentional signals.

If you want to know when something happens, subscribe to the QSoas newsletter, either by following the instructions on this page or by sending a mail to Alternatively, you can follow us on Twitter @BIP6_Marseille or peruse the newsletter archive.

QSoas is a new (in 2015), open and powerful program, which has replaced SOAS. It is available for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.

Copyleft terms: Redistribution and modifications of QSoas are possible under the terms of the GNU General Public License, see COPYING for details.

Thanks for thanking! We welcome an acknowledgment in publications using QSoas software to analyze data. Please cite "Vincent Fourmond, ``QSoas: a versatile software for data analysis’’, Anal. Chem. (2016) doi:10.1021/acs.analchem.6b00224

SOAS is no longer developped. We’re happy to provide it free and free of charge, but we strongly encourage users to migrate to QSoas. SOAS should install easily on Unix-like platforms: Linux and Mac OS X. It is listed in ESTIR.
