The files described hereafter are read in the working directory when
you start soas and each time you change directory
(G). Their content overrides
all previous definitions.
temperature.info. Contains only one number: the experimental temperature, which is used in the fit procedures.
soas.ff. Overrides the file format options. The syntax is
the same as for passing options through the command line, except that:
-listpattern should not contain any
backslash. This is usefull to protect special signs in a command line interpreted by the shell, but not in a file read by soas.
soas -ffGPES -Evi
soas.ff:
-ffGPES -EviNB: The command ff gives you information about the current file format. The command rff forces
soas to look for and read the soas.ff file.
