The output file is used each time:
comment command to add some text to it.
The default output file is set as ``out.dat'' in the directory you
are running soas from (the ``working directory''), but
this file can be changed using this routine.
If you don't want this file to be created in the working directory,
you should specify a complete name,
e.g. /usr/people/YourName/YourDirectory/NewPeakFile.dat, or
``~/YourDirectory/NewPeakFile.dat''. A relative name
(e.g. ../NewPeakFile.dat) would be dangerous if you decide later
to change the working directory. You must give a path that exists,
and you must be allowed to write this file. This is NOT checked for.
Note that any trial to write the result of a peak search in a
``forbidden'' file will result in a ERROR during writing of...
message, meaning that the results of the peak search are NOT
saved. Change the output file and try again.
