(ln,vn) Load SWV files

When you want to load square wave voltammetry (SWV) files, the command ``l2'' loads the forward current, ``l3'' loads the backward current. ``l1'' is the default, equivalent to l, and loads the net current. It works the same when oVerlaying files (use ``v2'' or ``v3'' instead of ``v'').

When loading a SWV file fileName.oew using l1, l2 or l3, the new buffer takes the name fileName.n.oew, fileName.f.oew or fileName.b.oew to indicate that the net, forward or backward current has been read.

Today (February 24, 2009), not all possiblities have been checked with all softwares:

In all cases, loading chronoamperometric data seems to pose no problems.

Please get back to me if something's weird.
